Whole milk powder - Regular grade
Kalla Whole Milk Powder 26% Fat is made by spray drying fresh pasteurised cow’s milk. It is a soluble powder with a minimum of 26% milk fat and has a sweet desirable flavour. Whole milk powder UHT grade
Kalla Whole Milk Powder 26% Fat UHT Grade is made by spray drying fresh pasteurised cow’s milk. It is a soluble powder with a minimum of 26% milk fat and has a sweet desirable flavour. “UHT grade” differentiation is that this milk powder contains low aerobic thermophilic spores. Aerobic thermophilic spores are known to be resistant to high temperatures and some species can survive the sterilisation process, potentially causing product defects.
Kalla Whole Milk Powder UHT Grade is low in Aerobic Thermophilic Spores, ideal for the manufacture of UHT, retort and other long-life milk products. Click here to download specifications.

Instant Whole milk powder
Kalla Instant Whole Milk Powder 28% Fat is made by spray drying fresh pasteurised cow’s milk, followed by agglomeration and the addition of lecithin. Instant Whole Milk Powder is designed to have superior solubility, even in cold water. We are able to offer the following options:

• Instant Whole Milk Powder, fortified with Vitamins A and D
